Ty Bean's road toward a life of ministry began in 1992 when he moved to Phoenix, Arizona, to attend Master's Commission at Phoenix First Assembly of God. Immediately following graduation Ty joined Phoenix First staff as Rodeo Pastor. For six years he worked with Athletes International Ministries, pastored the Arizona High School Rodeo Association, and traveled the nation speaking. In 1998 he became the Pastor of Cowboy Junction Church in Lovington, New Mexico. In 2001 he married Heather Cox of Hobbs. Heather was working as a registered nurse and leading the College and Career group at the church she attended. In August of 2003, their first child arrived. Brady Dawson Bean has been a joy and a blessing. Two and a half years later, Hudson Taylor Bean completed the Bean Bunch. Ty and Heather have a heart for God and to see His will be done in their liv
es, as well as, in Cowboy Junction Church. Cowboy Junction's and Ty and Heather's vision is to reach the world for Jesus and to make a difference. With God as our source, the possibilities are endless.

We are excited to have the opportunity to join Cowboy Junction Church as your new children pastors. Our journey together began when we had our first date at a christian bible study, seven years ago. God blessed me when I married my husband in 2008 after courting for four years. We have gone to college together and have pastored children and youth together. We also have helped plan vacation bible school, and children's camp together.
Currently Jon is a special needs teacher at Hobbs High School and Krissy is a kindergarten teacher at Junction Christian Academy. We are excited to become a part of a church that is growing rapidly because they are spreading the love of Jesus. We believe that God has made this wonderful opportunity possible. We believe that God has sent us to join this church, and we look forward to serving God with you.
Joshua 1:9 "The Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."
Danny and Ashley Criswell were both born in Hobbs, NM. Danny graduated from Goddard High School in Roswell in 1996, and Ashley graduated from Hobbs High in 2001. They have three children; Destiny, Desirae, and Danny Ray Jr. Danny and Ashley and their family began attending Cowboy Junction in December of 2009. From the first day they were here, they were hooked. Danny can remember Ashley telling him after service that this is where she wanted to be, as long as the kids enjoyed it. As soon as the kids saw them they ran up and shouted, "Can we go to church here, please!" They knew it was a fit for them immediately. The Criswell family loves ministering to the children and have a passion to direct each one to Christ. Children are their futu
re, and they feel privileged to have the opportunity to teach them about the Lord. They want to show that learning about Jesus is fun! Young children are like little sponges, and they want them to soak up the Love of Jesus. We believe that if we lay a solid Christian foundation early, it is something that children can build on for the rest of their lives.
Fabian and Lesley Grimes are the newest couple to join the staff of Cowboy Junction Church. Lesley McHam-Grimes grew up in North East Texas, where she began singing at the age of ten. Soon, she realized God's calling on her life in music ministry. Preparation for ministry came in many ways including singing with the gospel choir "Nothing But Praise" and at the Babbie Mason music conference in Atlanta, GA. In the fall of 2000, Lesley met her husband Fabian Grimes. Fabian, an accomplished pianist from Lovington, NM was involved in a local teen outreach where he played the keyboard. He also served as the worship leader for World Harvest Church in Lovington. In addition, he was the keyboardist for "One in Spirit" worship band. Fabian and Lesley were married December 21, 2001.
Shortly thereafter they joined the worship team at Living Waters in Lovington, where they served for seven years before joining the Cowboy Junction family in the spring of 2009. Fabian and Lesley live in Lovington, NM with their three treasures, Camdyn, Kaytlyn, and newly adopted daughter Avery. The Grimes' greatest desire is to lead people of all ages, backgrounds, and circumstances to the heart of God through the power of praise and worship.
