Camp Crossfire

Purpose:Camp Crossfire is a Christ-centered youth camp that teenagers can attend to learn more about being champions in their life with Christ. The camp will be an intense four-day event including church services, Bible studies, goat-roping, water games, and many other activities. Camp Crossfire will provide an opportunity for teenagers from all over to come together and experience an unforgettable week! Our desire is not only for the campers to come and have a fun filled week, but for them to grow in their relationship with Christ.

Who Can Come?: Anyone who is going into the 7th - 12th grades! You DO NOT have to be a cowboy or cowgirl to attend. There will be activities available for all interests.

Fee: The cost per camper is $175. This fee includes room, board, camp t-shirt and cap, and entertainment. A $50 deposit, along with application (to download application click here) is due by July 19th. Camp is limited to 80 campers and applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.

WORSHIP TEAM

 

Workshops: There will be a variety of classes from relationships, dance, drama, worship, and more. Campers will have the opportunity to attend the workshops that they are most interested in.

Facilities, Housing, and Food: Camp Crossfire will be held at New Mexico Junior College (NMJC) in Hobbs, NM. Campers will participate in services at Watson Hall along with the Ben Alexander Student Learning Center with dining hall and game room, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts will also be available. Campers will be housed on campus in NMJC residence hall. Members of the camp staff will serve as dorm counselors. Meals will be served by the college food services at the Student Center. Cowboy Junction Church will be providing the evening meals.

Registration and Departure Schedule: Registration will be Monday morning, July 25th from 9:00-10:30am at the dorms on the NMJC campus. Departure will follow a celebration service on Thursday, July 28th, at 3:00p.m. in Watson Hall. Parents, friends, and family are invited to the awards presentation!
